The quickest way to get your product dispatched is to pay by Credit Card. You will need a current, valid credit card. Order online and click on the shopping cart to process your order. You then have the option to select a payment method. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be on its way in next to no time.

By Bank Transfer
If you don’t wish to use your credit card, you can make your payment without leaving your computer with a bank transfer. Simply select this option from the checkout on the website and we will give you our bank details so you can transfer the payment. Once your payment appears in our bank account your order will be dispatched pronto.

We'll ship your order when your money order or cheque clears; in the meantime we'll have your package all wrapped up and ready to go. In addition, we'll notify you of your order's progress along the way.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
The GST is included in all our prices. If you want to calculate the Ex-GST price, deduct 1/11 (9.09%) from our marked prices.
Out of Stock Items
If the item you want is not available, please check back later, as it may be in-stock the next time you shop. We are also happy to notify you when an item is back in stock just email us with your request.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Once you click the Place Order button, our fulfillment process begins. If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to accommodate any changes to your order. We pride ourselves on fast service shipping and if your order has been shipped we cannot make changes or cancellations.
Currently we only ship to New Zealand. Our site uses the Australian Post Calculation Server to calculate the cost of international postage. However we reserve the right to adjust the amount of postage if for some reason the postage has been calculated incorrectly. We can not accept International Money transfers due to Bank fees deducted from proceeds. Please only use the credit card option for payment when checking out. Important note for international orders: Please take care when selecting your order ie order fabric samples first, as we cannot refund postage for returns from overseas.
Postage and Handling Charge and Important Information
A flat rate of $12.90 applies for standard orders to anywhere within Australia. For Wholesale and International orders, freight will be calculated by our website and added to the order. If you would like your parcel left at your delivery address when no-one is home please tick the "Authority To Leave" tick box at the checkout when ordering. You can also leave instructions for delivery in the comments box. E.G. Leave parcel on front porch. Please note most parcels will need to be signed for (not samples and PO Box orders). If no one is home to sign for your parcel a card with instructions for arranging re-delivery will be left in your mailbox. Redelivery to another address will incur extra charges. Please be aware we cannot take responsibility for missing orders delivered to unattended premises. Please do not use the "authority to leave" feature if your parcel will be at risk of being taken by unauthorised persons.
