Ordering Information

Fabric colours may vary according to your monitor/system. Sometimes our photos aren't very accurate, so getting samples are the best way to accurately view the colours & textures.
Shipping costs for items that you no longer wish to purchase or change of mind or wrong size, are non refundable, only the product cost will be refunded or credited.
For Faulty or incorrect items we will refund / credit both the product and postage fee (if applicable).
Please note parcels without the Authority To Leave will need to be signed for (not samples and PO Box orders). If no one is home to sign for your parcel a card with instructions for arranging re-delivery will be left in your mailbox or at the front door. Redelivery to another address may incur extra charges.
For wholesale orders, postage and handling, is at cost and will be calculated by the Australian Post Server. At times this may be incorrect or for example a private courier is requested.
If this happens we will endeavour to contact you to provide an updated cost for the courier service and if required provide to you a credit or refund for the difference.

Please be aware we cannot  take responsibility for missing orders delivered to unattended premises.
